Carnival Hub App Shore Excursions
Background: This project focused on the shore excursions feature addition to the HUB App. The goal was to allow guests to view, research, and purchase excursions in the App. This would help minimize long lines at the Shore Excursions desk, increase app downloads and increase excursions purchases. User tests were conducted on-board using prototypes during one-on-one interviews. A second round of user tests were conducted using a beta version. The findings and team collaboration helped shape the product to a robust experience that resulted in high engagement and exceeded purchase expectations the first few weeks of launch.
