Carnival Hub App Pre-Cruise
Background: The Carnival HUB app was only available once guests boarded the ship. To make the app available pre-cruise involved major integration and effort. For this first phase of the project, the goal was to include basic native features and include quick links to access the main booked guest pages on carnival.com. User research helped in identifying additional information that could be included with minimal effort while enhancing the user experience. Included below:
- Ideation and sketches of a new on-boarding experience, a basic pre-cruise homepage, and countdown share.
- Basic user flows.
- Snippets of UX research conducted on-board.
