My approach to each project is heavily based on research. Identifying user and business needs, analyzing the market, looking up latest trends and standards are some of my first tasks before sketching ideas for user-centered solutions that meet business needs. Constant communication with the team and iterations based on user tests are main areas of focus throughout the process.
